2 ½ oz White Christmas Rum & Brandy
½ oz lime juice
1 ½ tsp sugar
1 egg yolk
Hard shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with freshly-grated nutmeg.
California Egg Nog
1 ½ oz White Christmas Rum & Brandy
¾ oz Cyrus Noble Bourbon
1 egg
2 oz heavy cream
2 ½ oz whole milk
2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon freshly-grated nutmeg
Hard shake all ingredients with ice and strain. Serve in a tall glass and garnish with freshly-grated nutmeg.

2 oz White Christmas Rum & Brandy
1 oz grapefruit juice
¼ oz crème de cacao
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a grapefruit zest/cherry flag.

½ oz Royal Gate Gin
1 ½ oz orange juice
1 ½ oz lemon juice
½ oz orgeat
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice into a double rocks glass. Float ½ oz dry sherry and garnish with an orange wheel.

Traditional Holiday Favorites
Egg Nog
4 egg yolks
⅓ cup sugar, plus 1 tablespoon
1 pint whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
2 ½ oz White Christmas Rum and Brandy
1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
4 egg whites
In the bowl of a standing mixer, beat together the egg yolks and 1/3 cup sugar until the yolks lighten in color and the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the milk, cream, White Christmas Rum and Brandy, and nutmeg and stir to combine. Place the egg whites in the bowl of a stand mixer and beat to soft peaks. With the mixer still running gradually add the 1 tablespoon of sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture. Chill and serve.
Makes 6 cups
Hot Buttered Rum
MIX
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
2 cups light brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Pinch ground cloves
Pinch salt
White Christmas Rum and Brandy
Boiling water
Freshly grated nutmeg
Hot Buttered Rum Mix: In a bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Refrigerate until almost firm.
To prepare: Add 2 tablespoons of the Hot Buttered Rum Mix into a small mug. Add 3 ounces of White Christmas Rum and Brandy into the mug and top with boiling water, stir well, and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
Makes 10 to 12 cups
Tom & Jerry
1 ½ cups sugar
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 cup powdered milk
6 eggs
2 oz White Christmas Rum and Brandy
Tom & Jerry Mix: Separate eggs into yolks and whites. In a bowl, combine both sugars and the powdered milk. Whisk the egg yolks, then add half of sugar & milk mixture. mix slowly, until well combined and pale yellow in color. Whisk the egg whites until stiff, then add in the remaining sugar & milk mixture and whisk until combined. Gently fold the whites into the yolks. Keep refrigerated.
To prepare: Add 2 oz White Christmas Rum & Brandy into a mug, then top with hot water. Add 1 tablespoon Tom and Jerry Mix, then stir to combine. Garnish with freshly-grated nutmeg.
